Netflix to acquire Warner Bros. in deal worth $82.7 billion

We had a strong start this Friday with the news that Netflix has confirmed it has entered into a definitive agreement to buy Warner Bros., including its film and television studios and HBO, in a deal worth $82.7 billion.

Could this mean that Netflix will "absorb" HBO Max and add all of their content to its library? 🤔
